Mother's Day yoga and a very special storytime
We wracked our brains to come up with a suitable Mother's Day gift to you all, especially after the year you (okay, we) have all had. We don't really need to rake over it all, but, it was a lot. But we do think that we've come up with a winning combination - giving you a chance to unwind and uncurl, while we entertain the little ones.
For you and for them
We asked our wise yoga teacher Louise Rogers for a relaxing and kind 20 minute yoga sequence, and for your children - a very special and ridiculously apt storytime read by our Maggie & Rose Life class teacher, Luke. Scroll down to view both videos.
Storytime: The Strongest Mum, by Nicola Kent
The Strongest Mum, written and illustrated by Nicola Kent is one of our Book Club picks this week because it champions how much mothers do, how strong and capable they are, but the underlying message is that sometimes they need a little help too. And so we anticipate your children not only leaving you to stretch and yawn for some time this Sunday, but also tidy up the house and maybe put a wash on!
